Rain-soaked I stroll

Along The Strand rain-soaked I stroll
Where the Kings and Queens of caffeine rule
Frothing of the steamer stops
And so do frothing mouths, for hence forth they sip
Sweetness or bitter taste
They wash in the door in droves
To gaze upon balls of coloured wool
And laced-stitched divine deities
